Commercial Software Projects
Client Work
Software Developer
Selected commercial projects including a QR-based patient journey system for a Cyprus-based healthcare organization, and a centralized multi-branch inventory-management application built and sold to a Turkish food business.
Context
Before joining enterprise-scale engineering teams, these early-career commercial projects provided the first experience of building software for paying customers — understanding requirements, delivering working systems and supporting real business operations. Each project was built end-to-end, from requirement gathering through development to deployment and handoff.
QR-based patient journey system
Built for a Cyprus-based healthcare organization. The system digitized the patient flow through the facility using QR codes at each station — from check-in through examination, testing and consultation. Staff could track patient progress in real time, reducing bottlenecks and improving the coordination between departments.
- QR code generation and scanning for each patient journey stage
- Real-time patient flow tracking across facility stations
- Staff dashboard for monitoring active patient journeys
- Waiting time analytics and bottleneck identification
- Built and deployed for a live healthcare operation in Cyprus

Multi-branch inventory management
A centralized inventory management application built and sold to a Turkish food business with multiple branches. The system replaced manual spreadsheet-based tracking with a centralized platform that gave the owner visibility across all locations from a single interface.
- Centralized inventory tracking across multiple physical locations
- Stock level monitoring with low-stock alerts
- Inter-branch transfer management and tracking
- Reporting and analytics for inventory turnover
- Sold as a complete product to a food industry business

Technical approach
Both projects were built on .NET/C#, demonstrating early proficiency with the Microsoft technology stack that would later be applied at enterprise scale at Related Digital.
What these projects demonstrated
- Ability to deliver complete software products for paying customers
- End-to-end project ownership: requirements, development, deployment, support
- Commercial software delivery before formal professional experience
- Real-world problem solving for healthcare and food industry operations
- Early evidence of the builder mentality that continued through every subsequent role
